Native Clevelanders and Ashland College sweethearts in the 1970’s, Vince and Jackie Crew moved to Ashland in the late 1980’s. Inspired by Lucille Ford and the founding board’s insight, they were delighted to hear of the foundation’s beginnings. Following their business and nonprofit careers, Vince & Jackie established REACH Development Services as a locally-based executive consulting business in 1997. With nationwide expansion, the Crews relocated their business to Naples, Florida. Upon retiring they returned to Ashland in 2017.
